Hatch Shell on the Esplanade
The following photo's are a few of the pictures taken at a recent corporate outing which took place under the shadows of the MDC Hatch Shell and on the Esplanade of the Charles River. The event took place from 5:00PM 'til 11:30PM. We supplied five (5) bartenders. It took place on what seemed to be one of the hottest days of the summer. This corporate outing featered two hot bands (one of them reggae), as well as a fabulous DJ named Greg Gates Plowman, of Entertainment Concepts, 781-721-2576. We served approximately 70 cases of six different brands of beer, 156 bottles of wine and forty litres of a custom blended Sangria mixture (A BIG HIT!!), which we made on location, not to mention approximately 132 bottles of Evian & San Pelligrino water as well as Pepsi and Diet Pepsi-Cola's, over the course of 6 1/2 hours. We used over 600 lbs of ice keeping the beverages chilled. On the spot food service was provided by our friends at Pushcarts Unlimited, 617-969-6967, who drove their mobile kitchen right up to the party area. The hor's d'ouvres were fantastic!! A beautiful venue and a rollicking party. A great time was had by all!
